A guide, not professional advice
Farm Workshop is a free guide for owners and operators of farm machinery. It doesn't replace a qualified agricultural engineer, your dealer, or the operator's handbook and workshop manual for your machine.
Check everything
Service intervals, fluids, capacities, settings, part numbers and fitment come from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your machine. Check them against the maker's handbook and your machine's serial number before you buy parts or start work. AI diagnosis and answers are suggestions only and can be wrong.
Working safely
Farm machinery can kill and injure. Before any work, lower implements, loaders and booms to the ground, stop the engine, set the parking brake and take the key out. Never work under anything held up only by the hydraulics: use the safety prop or proper stands. Stop the engine and wait for everything to stop turning before going near a PTO shaft, and keep all guards in place. Hydraulic oil under pressure can go through skin: release the pressure before undoing a pipe and never feel for a leak with your hand. Have brakes, steering, hydraulics, ROPS and other safety-critical work checked by a qualified person.
Your own risk
You use this site and carry out any work at your own risk. As far as the law allows, Farm Workshop accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury from using the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your records
Your machines and service history are kept in your own browser. Nobody checks them, and clearing your browser's data deletes them, so download a backup now and then and keep your own receipts and service book too.
Independent site
Farm Workshop is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any machine maker, dealer or parts seller. Makes and model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which machine the information is for.
Changes
These terms may change as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
